Summary Position Description As a vital part of an innovative and growing company in a rapidly expanding industry the Sales Manager will continually maximize opportunities for sales and market growth while maintaining highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements, develop sales channels and propose solutions that meet the needs of the customer Target, cultivate and bring to fruition new sales opportunities Evaluate commercial terms and conditions and propose key contract provisions Supervise the receipt, review, coordination and submission of sales proposals Collaborate with sales, technical and project management support groups, both nationally and internationally Develop and maintain business relationships Represent the REpower brand, image and product line in the US Qualifications & Experience: Track record of solutions driven, results oriented, deal closing Business or technical degree, preferably in engineering or related field Skilled strategic and tactical planner Persuasive written and verbal communication skills Project finance and deal structuring Experience in wind energy or related energy industry Broad financial and technical background, skills and experience German language skills helpful Ability to travel domestically and internationally Email resume, references and salary requirements to jobs(a)repower-usa.com Principals only.
