Chief Site Manager (m/f)

This is your chance to channel all your energy into operations at our Offshore business unit based in Hamburg: Chief Site Manager (m/f) Responsibilities: Oversee worldwide coordination and management of offshore wind park installation, working in close collaboration with customers and partners involved in respective projects Conduct project planning and request requisite services and job execution within company and from external partners in line with specifications Manage reporting and advance planning at company and customer level Profile: Engineering degree (University or University of Applied Sciences), preferably with an emphasis on Civil Engineering Several years of relevant experience in project management as well as a proven track record in managing (large) construction sites from start-up to completion Expertise in customer-focused reporting, including occupational safety issues Confidence in use of MS Office; SAP skills would be a bonus Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Leadership skills, assertiveness and organisational abilities Commitment and flexibility Ability to work at heights (level G41) Willingness to take on offshore assignments at home and abroad for extended periods If you enjoy working within a truly dynamic environment, share our passion for clean energy and are keen to join an energetic company with flat hierarchies and excellent career prospects, we look forward to hearing from you.
