Site Manager (m/f)

This is your chance to channel all your energy into operations at our Offshore business unit based in Hamburg: Site Manager (m/f) Responsibilities: Install offshore wind turbines at sea following delivery of all required components, while ensuring compliance with specified procedures and HSE standards, in addition to overseeing personnel, quality assurance and documentation Plan and manage construction sites in accordance with contractual requirements Manage sites at base ports and on construction vessels used for the installation of offshore wind turbines Supervise job scheduling as well as coordination and approval of work performed by subcontractors at the construction site Oversee reporting and advance planning with regard to company and customers Ensure occupational safety, quality and organisation at construction sites Profile: Degree (University of Applied Sciences or similar) or qualifications as technical engineer in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Structural Engineering; alternatively, vocational qualifications in the area of Machine Fitting, Mechanical Engineering, Steel Engineering or Electrical Engineering Several years' experience in managing construction sites from start-up to completion Proven track record in customer-focused reporting, including occupational safety issues Experience in wind energy sector desirable Computer literacy in MS Office; SAP skills desirable Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Leadership skills, assertiveness and organisational abilities Commitment and flexibility Ability to work at heights (level G 41) Willingness to take on offshore assignments at home and abroad for extended periods   If you enjoy working within a truly dynamic environment, share our passion for clean energy and are keen to join an energetic company with flat hierarchies and excellent career prospects, we look forward to hearing from you.
