Development opportunities at REpower
Develop your skills with REpower! Joining REpower We would like to welcome you with our Welcome Day. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about REpower and vice versa. As early as in the first few days of commencing employment with REpower, you will be given the opportunity to learn more about our company and its history, as well as having the opportunity to talk to other new employees. Your individually-tailored training program will then await you in your specialist department. This will enable you to familiarize yourself with the people and processes that you will need in order to fulfill your role within the company. You will attend targeted training sessions – tailored according to your job specification – in order to prepare you for the job. For example, for our Service Engineers, we have developed a four-week basic course at our new training center in Büdelsdorf. However, it is not only our colleagues working in technical functions to whom we impart knowledge of our REpower products and technologies. Every new employee is provided with the opportunity to learn more about our products by taking part in a basic training course lasting several days.
Your personal development Our wide range of training opportunities will, of course, also be available to you after you have completed your training period. At your annual appraisal, the REpower Dialog, you will work with your line manager to define goal-oriented development measures. Six months later, you will have a follow-up interview, where you will discuss how these measures have been implemented.
In addition, we have set up group-wide development programs aimed at specific target groups: we support managerial staff with our REpower leadership seminars. We support talented young professionals with our targeted international management training scheme, which, is made up of a combination of training initiatives, mentoring and the imparting of strategic Group projects.
